Nicolas Strebel, born in Switzerland (Zurich), has a distinguished career that seamlessly blends high fashion and luxury real estate. Educated in fashion design in Milan and having worked in the design team of the prestigious Tristano Onofri in Düsseldorf, Germany, Nicolas brings a refined aesthetic to every project.
In 1999, he fell in love with Moraira on the Costa Blanca and transitioned into real estate, co-founding Jetvillas and becoming partner in the associated building company. Under his leadership as CEO, Jetvillas became one of the most established local real estate companies, achieving ISO 9001 certification and numerous awards. His unique blend of creativity, taste and quality has added immense value to the industry.
Since 2024, Nicolas has transitioned from his role at Jetvillas to embark on new personal endeavors. He is now dedicated to sharing his extensive knowledge in real estate as a valued advisor, focusing on private real estate projects and offering bespoke services to a select clientele.

Transition to Real Estate
In 1999, Nicolas relocated to the picturesque town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Captivated by its beauty, he embarked on a new career in real estate. He initially joined a reputable building company in Calpe, and within two years, co-founded Jetvillas. Under his leadership as CEO, Jetvillas became one of the most established local real estate companies, achieving ISO 9001 certification and numerous awards. His background in fashion design allowed him to bring a unique perspective and high standards to the real estate market.
Current Role and Expertise
Today, Nicolas is renowned for his exceptional ability to merge aesthetic vision with practical real estate solutions. Fluent in six languages, he serves an international clientele with a focus on delivering an unparalleled client experience and optimizing efficiency, particularly for foreigners and investors.
In 2024, Nicolas embarked on a new chapter by selling his shares in Jetvillas to his business partner. This transition has afforded him more time for personal projects and the opportunity to share his extensive knowledge in real estate on a more personalized way.
