Early Career in Fashion (1989-1998)
Nicolas began his journey by studying fashion design in Milan at the renowned Instituto Marangoni. He then worked with Tristano Onofri, a prestigious luxury women’s fashion brand in Düsseldorf, Germany, where he refined his eye for detail, elegance, and quality. During this time, he also gained valuable insights into marketing and strategic thinking.
Transition to Real Estate (1998-1999)
In 1998, Nicolas relocated to Moraira, captivated by its beauty and his family’s early holiday retreat. Entering the real estate market, he was introduced to José Escribano Tevar, owner of a reputable building company in Calpe. Nicolas initially assisted with translating and selling building plots to foreign clients. His rapid rise led him to become the Sales Director within just one year, marking the beginning of his enduring passion for real estate in the Costa Blanca region.
Building a Property Legacy (1999-2024)
In 1999, Nicolas founded Jetvillas as a new brand within the building company he was working for, to offer quality real estate services and house sales. By 2001, he co-founded Jetvillas as an independent company alongside José Escribano Tevar. In 2009, José offered Nicolas a partnership in the building company, resulting in 50-50 ownership of the Jetvillas Group.
Under Nicolas’s leadership, the company achieved ISO 9001 certification for quality management, won the prestigious Best Property Agent Award, sold over 500 properties, and completed more than 50 prestigious building projects. His commitment to excellence, attention to value-adding details, and focus on legal security helped solidify Jetvillas as a leader in the luxury real estate market on the Costa Blanca.
A New Chapter – Real Estate Consultant (2024 – Present)
In 2024, Nicolas sold his shares in Jetvillas to focus on new personal projects and now offers his extensive real estate expertise as a private consultant to investors and (future) second-home owners.
This transition allows him, together with a team of the best professionals, to provide personalized, high-quality real estate services tailored to select clients. His expertise spans investment opportunities, new build project management, refurbishment, and decoration projects, as well as property acquisitions, sales, portfolio management, and relocation advice. Nicolas’s services cover regions such as Moraira, Calpe, Benissa, Benitachell, Cumbre del Sol, Javea, and Altea in Costa Blanca North and beyond.
